Haller Acquires Acro-Feed, Automatic Tooling

Acro-Feed Industries and Automatic Tooling Corporation have been acquired by former president Dennis A. Haller, now owner of Haller International Technologies.

DETROIT -- Haller International Technologies, Inc. has announced that it closed on its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Acro-Feed Industries, Inc. and Automatic Tooling Corporation.

Haller International Technologies, Inc. is wholly owned by Dennis A. Haller, the former president of Acro-Feed Industries, Inc. and Automatic Tooling Corporation. Mr. Haller had served as president since 2003.

In making the announcement, Dennis Haller pointed out, "We are very confident that Haller International Technologies, Inc. will be able to build upon the strong customer base and supplier relationships that Acro-Feed Industries, Inc. and Automatic Tooling Corporation have developed over their many years in business. We will continue to operate the business at its present location in Detroit, Michigan, and we will continue to maintain the well-respected trade names of Acro-Feed Industries, Inc. and Automatic Tooling Corporation."

Acro-Feed Industries, Inc., is a designer and builder of automatic bar loaders for multiple-spindle screw machines, and has been in business since 1955.

Automatic Tooling Corporation, a manufacturer of tooling and replacement parts for all foreign and domestic multiple-spindle screw machines, was formed in 1966 and had been associated with Acro-Feed since 1975.
