NEW YORK (AP) — Aluminum maker Alcoa Inc. said Wednesday it bought two aerospace fastener manufacturers, Republic Fastener Manufacturing Corp. and Van Petty Manufacturing, from The Wood Family Trust.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The two businesses are located in Newbury Park, Calif., and employ a combined 240 people.
