DAVIS, Calif. — Contrary to a claim in a video recently posted to a popular internet web site, Moller International denies that it is in discussions with Boeing regarding a merger of the two organizations.
“The Company is not currently engaged in any discussions with Boeing or its affiliates,” said Dr. Paul Moller, President and Chairman of the Board. “Moller International’s experience with ducted fans, manned and unmanned vertical take off and landing aircraft designs and high power-to-weight rotary engines continues to attract potential joint venture partners both domestic and international, but there are no ongoing discussions regarding the sale or merger of the company,” he stated.
