Donaldson Company Acquires LMC West

Air and liquid filtration systems provider acquires LMC West, a manufacturer of industrial dust collection and filtration systems.

MINNEAPOLIS — Bloomington, Minn.-based Donaldson Company Inc. today announced that it has acquired the assets of LMC West, a manufacturer of industrial dust collection and filtration systems. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
 
LMC West, based in Riverbank, CA, designs and manufactures dust collectors and industrial filtration systems for woodworking, agricultural and industrial applications. LMC West had annual sales of approximately $10 million in 2007.

Their continued leadership from the California location will allow us to be more responsive to our West Coast Customers,"  said Tod Carpenter, Vice President, Global Industrial Filtration Solutions.
