QUINCY, Mass. (AP) — Altra Holdings Inc., which makes braking systems for elevators and wheelchairs, said Friday it bought All Power Transmission Manufacturing Inc., which makes specialty universal joints and driveline equipment.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
All Power, located in Green Bay, Wis., is a longtime supplier of Altra Holdings.
Altra Holdings said All Power will become part of its global coupling division once the deal is completed.
Altra Holdings fell 29 cents to $15.76 in afternoon trading.
