Lockheed didn't disclose terms of its acquisition of the Bothell, Wash.-based company.
Aculight was founded in 1993 and has about 90 employees, Lockheed said.
The sale is subject to approval by Aculight shareholders and other closing conditions. The companies expect it will close in the third quarter.
