RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Packaging and paper company MeadWestvaco Corp. said Friday it bought Keltec Dispensing Systems, a Netherlands-based foamer and airless dispensing systems manufacturer.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The company said Keltec will become part of MeadWestvaco Calmar, its pump and spray packaging services business acquired in 2006.
MeadWestvaco said it will not replace Keltec's management team and the company's employees will transition to MeadWestvaco Calmar.
