CLEVELAND (AP) — Paint maker Sherwin-Williams Co. on Tuesday said it plans to acquire Spokane, Wash.-based Columbia Paint & Coatings Co.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Columbia Paint & Coatings manufactures and distributes paints and coatings in the western and northwestern regions of the United States.
