BNSF Logistics, LLC announced Tuesday its acquisition of Pro-Am Transportation Services, Inc., a third-party logistics company.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Pro-Am, headquartered in Jamestown, N.D., had revenues of about $25 million in 2006, and will become part of the Transportation Execution Services unit of BNSF Logistics.
BNSF Logistics, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., a railroad company, provides supply chain management systems and is headquartered in Springdale, Ark.
