Celanese Corp. announced Wednesday price increases of up to 10 percent on all PVAc, VAE and acrylic based emulsions sold in North America.
The increase is for all applications including adhesives, paints & coatings, textiles, nonwovens and paper. It will apply to shipments on or after Jan. 15, 2007, or as contracts allow.
Pricing will reflect product technology and specific delivery requirements.
