PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- G4S Secure Solutions USA is entering the chemical and petrochemical market with the acquisition of Nuclear Security Services Corp, a risk consulting and security solutions firm specializing in corporate and critical infrastructure applications.

Other acquisitions include Touchcom Inc., developer of visitor management, work flow management, elevator management and facility concierge software; Adesta, a systems integrator specializing in sophisticated video surveillance, perimeter protection and related systems; and AMAG Technology, offering access control, visitor management, smart card and related software-driven applications.
