The Model CF Metal Separator is designed for detecting and removing the smallest metal particles from regrind and virgin material. Through a reduction in machinery downtime and expensive repairs, the unit provides a prompt return on investment. The system is installed directly above the material feed of an extruder, injection molding or blow molding machine. The design of the unit enables optimum operational reliability, even at high throughputs. With slight modifications, these systems can also be used in free-fall applications.
