The MaxSignal® Benzalkonium Chloride ELISA Test Kit can detect BKC in shrimp tissue to levels as low as 1 ppb. The rapid, ELISA-based method allows the kit to be used with no specialized training, and is designed to simplify the testing for BKC to assure the safety of shrimp entering the global seafood marketplace.
