Storing Cheese Under Lock and Key

Some of Italy's most sought after parmesan cheeses are stored every year inside a temperature controlled vault inside the country's Credem Bank, part of a cash-for-cheese loan that started 50 years ago. The value of the cheese this year tops 190 million euros.
