Sugatsune's Vertical Swing Lift-Up Mechanism Prevents Slamming

Sugatsune (Carson, CA) highlighted its vertical swing lift-up mechanism at Automate 2026 in Chicago. Part of its Motion Design Technology series, the solution features a soft-close function and a lift-assist mechanism for easier opening and closing.

Features:

• Protrudes less than swing door
• Slows down closing speed and prevents slamming
• After pulling flap forward, spring will help gently lift flap
• Adjustable lift assist that can be adjusted to accommodate varying door weights
• Post-installation, door can be minutely adjusted vertically, horizontally and angularly to correct small mounting position inaccuracies
• Operating temperature: 0°C-40°C.
