Curtron Products (Pittsburgh, PA) has announced the Polar-Pro Gravity Hinge (GH) flexible swinging door, which can be installed in minutes to create a barrier that separates cold storage environments from work areas while enabling personnel and mechanical traffic to pass through. The GH is available in standard and low-temperature PVC, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as 0° and -20°F, respectively. In addition, the GH hardware is constructed of 300-series stainless steel with a guarantee against rust and corrosion. According to the company, the door fits openings up to 60”, and is equipped with a gravity hinge closing system to ensure a draft-resistant barrier.
