EnKon Systems — the new brand name for Herkules Equipment Corporation’s (Walled Lake, MY) scissor lift tables — has coupled a hydraulic scissor lift with a tilting conveyor. The system allows for loading and assembling components before sliding the piece to another assembly cell. The tilt system offers up to 90 degrees of tilt angle with 100” of conveyor to accommodate any assembly process. Standard safety features include captured roller wheels to prevent tipping, and stop arms to lock the lift in a raised position when needed. Other specifications include: a 1,500 pound capacity, a conveyor width of 42”, a lowered height of 8”, and a raised height of 44”.
