A Smarter Electric Lift Truck

Yale Materials Handling Corporation (Greenville, NC) has unveiled its next generation of electric lift trucks with the ECR-VA series. The new trucks have lifting capacities of 3,000 to 4,000 pounds, plus AC motors and transistor controller technology for both the traction and hydraulic systems, which reduces the frequency and cost of maintenance.

A thermal management system continuously monitors the motor temperature and automatically adjusts performance. Other features include:

  • Relocated multi-function displays that ensure enhanced visibility and precise pallet control.
  • An improved brake pedal layout.
  • Auto Decleration Systems to reduce operator fatigue.
