The ec-H20 technology from Tennant (Minneapolis, MN) electrically converts water into a cleaning solution for most cleaning applications. The water is first passed through electrified screens in the oxygenating chamber, creating an energetic solution made of highly oxygenated micro-bubbles. Then an electric charge is passed through the restructured water, creating charged water. The charged water particles are attracted to the naturally charged dirt particles and begin to break it apart. It is then pulled off the floor and suspended in the activated water. The cleaning solution naturally stabilizes and what is left in the recovery tank is “plain water” and dirt.
