The system allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. Corrosion-resistant plastic and stainless steel components can be cleaned with hot water, steam or detergents. Belts are bacteria resistant and can be easily removed for cleaning, allowing access to belt supports and rollers, as well as drive motor. Product requires no lubrication and has no mechanical belt tensioners or external bearings. Its drum-style motor is hermetically sealed and has a stainless steel finish. Product design offers horizonatal, angle and Z-style conveyor sections. Belt options include ThermoDrive solid surface belting and several choices of plasting link-style conveyor belting.
