Product Recovery Unit

Product recovery is a term that refers to the high utilization, or yield, of a product or ingredient eliminating waste that would otherwise remain in suction or discharge process lines during changeovers or at the end of production runs.

Company's new product-recovery demonstration unit was featured at the Innovation-Food Expo in Germany. The unit features SLS Series Eccentric Disc Pump technology. Product demonstrates the pump's ability to accomplish the task and associate savings results from product recovery. This unit has been designed to show food and beverage manufacturers how they can benefit from the product-recovery capabilities of SLS pumps. The disc pumps are proven to recover product from transfer lines at typical rates of 70 to 80 percent, which can equate to tens of thousands of dollars of savings per pump. Product features include:
