Fat Processing System

The Polar Process fat systems receive 55 lb. blocks of cold butter, margarine, shortening or stearine and either batch it to blenders or supply controlled feed to multiple packaging machines on a PLC based platform. Product delivered to blenders is texturized and easy to blend without significant rise in temperature and product delivered to packaging machine hoppers ‘on-tap’ is cool and self-supporting but pliable. The system eliminates the need for surge silos and is totally automatic.
