Speed Batcher

The Speed Batcher can create batches ranging from 0.4 to 30 kg with speed and accuracy. The product takes a steady flow of fresh or frozen raw material, weighs and divides it into sub-weights, which are then selectively combined to form the best batch weight. The unit is fully automatic — from input to delivery. The unit is compact, flexible and handles almost any product. Units are offered in several versions depending on product size and batch size requirements. Product is available as a part of a complete production line, and as stand-alone units with automatic or manual bagging. Combined with Marel’s Production Management Software, the unit gains an additional range of features such as labeling, order and inventory control, palletizing options, traceability, and integration to other systems.
