The Servo diving and traveling spout bridge moves the filling spouts with the continuously moving trays during the filler cycle. A simple operator interface panel program changes to tune the amount of product spread. Ready meal producers can quickly change over to different trays and different tray pitch with a simple push button on the screen of the color oeprator interface panel. Users can run products as think as gravy to thick mashed potatoes, as well as particulate products like macaroni and cheese or fettuccini alfredo.
