Veriflow technology to detect microbes of concern in food production and distribution. The patented technology provides the same data as the USDA reference methods, but minimizes the time, reduces the cost, and lowers the overhead associated with conventional diagnostics. Current mothods of on-site testing for Brettanomyces are time consuming which can allow continued compound accumulation and delay corrective measures, making wine subject to spoilage. Company’s product suite currently tests for Listeria species, Salmonella species, Campylobactor and Listeria monocytogenes.
