HERSHEY, Pa. (AP) — Hershey has increased its board to 11 directors with the addition of former Kraft and Wrigley executive Mary Kay Haben.
Hershey Co. said Thursday that she was named to the board on Aug. 9.
Haben worked at Kraft Foods for 27 years and is a former president of the North American business of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co., a unit of Mars Inc.
She is also a director for restaurant operator Bob Evans Farms Inc. and real estate investment trust Equity Residential.
