Liberty Bank in Tbilisi, Georgia (Europe) recently chose the beauty and functionality of DuPont™ Corian® techno-surface to transform the interiors of its newly-inaugurated flagship branch into a dynamic and inviting space.
Liberty Bank is the sixth largest bank in Georgia. It has the largest branch network in the country, comprising 179 branches. The bank serves approximately 1.2 million individuals and over 20,000 legal entities.
The bank is located at the bank's corporate headquarters within the renowned Liberty Tower, which also is host to several other important Georgian and international companies. The bank’s renovation project was spearheaded by the Georgian Dmark architectural studio and represents a symbolic metaphor for the bank’s ongoing rapid transformation. The interior is characterized by dramatic and bold elements. Dynamic shapes and the vivid red and white colors of DuPont™ Corian® high-tech surfaces confer an appealing, eye-catching vibrancy to the design.

The bank's greeting area, which is open to retail, corporate and private banking clients, is dominated by the sculptural and monolithic reception desk. The seven teller areas also showcase DuPont™ Corian® in the countertops, cladding and privacy panels, while desks for retail lending officers and corporate and private bankers also are made with the vibrant Corian® material.
