SPRING HILL, Tenn. (AP) β€” General Motors Co. has upgraded lighting at its Spring Hill, Tenn. plant and expects to save about $800,000 annually in electricity costs.

The auto assembly plant β€” built to produce the Saturn nameplate cars β€” will soon be making 2013 Chevrolet Equinox crossover vehicles. The engine plant, also in Spring Hill, will make a new 2.5-liter engine for the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.
