A city worker in Fairview who was installing electric services to a local church has been killed.
City Manager Dale Sides told The Oklahoman that 25-year-old Matthew Meister died Monday while installing an electric meter at Mennonite Brethren Church.
Sides says authorities are still trying to determine what happened — but says Meister may have slipped and fell into a set of wires.
