Bombardier Aerospace today announced that it has extended its long-standing service agreement with Duncan Aviation with the addition of Duncan's newest maintenance facility in Provo, Utah, to Bombardier's growing network of Authorized Service Centres (ASFs) and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) Line Maintenance Facilities (LMFs) for Learjet, Challenger and Global business aircraft in the U.S. This is the third Duncan-operated facility to join Bombardier's service network. The agreement was signed during a ceremony held today at the Provo facility.
Technicians at Duncan's 15,000-square-foot (1,393.55-sq-m) hangar will perform the full range of scheduled and unscheduled warranty and maintenance work for the Learjet 40, Learjet 45 and Learjet 60 aircraft as well as for the Challenger 300 and Challenger 600 aircraft. They will also provide line maintenance and around-the-clock AOG services for Global Express and Global 5000 business jets.

Duncan Aviation's Provo facility began operations on August 1, 2010. It currently employs 16 airframe technicians, two avionics technicians, and one engine technician. Staff levels are expected to increase in line with an anticipated growth in demand.

Bombardier's nine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Service Centres have extensive capabilities to accommodate aircraft maintenance, refurbishment and modification for business and commercial aircraft. Bombardier-trained technicians deliver a complete range of after-sale services, from scheduled maintenance, inspections and refurbishment to fly-in repairs, mobile repair parties and AOG support. Bombardier's Service Centres are also complemented by an extensive network of 48 ASFs and AOG LMFs for business and commercial aircraft located in 22 countries and six continents around the world. This combined coverage gives Bombardier operators access to one of the most comprehensive service and maintenance networks in the industry.
