Clifton, N.J.-based Home Care Industries Inc. says the $1.5 million project will create 150 jobs.

Gov. Bob McDonnell joined other government officials and the company in announcing the project Tuesday. Virginia beat out North Carolina, Mississippi and South Carolina for the project.

Virginia offered incentives that include $150,000 from the Governor's Opportunity fund and $390,000 in tobacco settlement funds.
