Oklahoma health officials are investigating the shut down of a Texas food processing plant and recall of products shipped from there since January.

State Department of Health spokesman Larry Weatherford says the agency has little information on the recall — but says no illnesses have been connected to it.

Texas health officials investigating five deaths closed SanGar Produce & Processing Co. on Wednesday and ordered the recall of fresh cut fruit and vegetables. The products were distributed to restaurants, hospitals and schools.

The company's website says some of the products were shipped to Oklahoma.

Texas health officials say six cases of listeriosis are linked to chopped celery from SanGar.

Weatherford said there have been three listeriosis cases in Oklahoma this year and none have been linked to SanGar.
