CLEVELAND (AP) -- Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. said Monday it will buy the German company Internormen Technology Group in a deal that will expand its filtration product portfolio. Terms were not disclosed.
Eaton said the acquisition will give it technically advanced products and systems for mobile, industrial hydraulic and process applications. Internormen, a family-owned company based in Altlussheim, Germany, had 2010 sales of more than $55 million. It operates sales and distribution subsidiaries in India, China, Brazil and the United States.
Shares of Eaton traded unchanged at $51.62 in morning trading.
