IRVING, Texas (AP) — Fluor Corp.'s industrial engineering and construction unit won a $100 million contract from a Mexican energy company to build a nitrogen injection plant and a power generation facility, the company said Wednesday.
ICA Fluor, bidding with Empresas ICA, won the contract from Energia Costa Azul to build the plant in Baja California, Mexico.
