HERSHEY, Pa. (AP) — Chocolate maker Hershey Co. said Tuesday John P. Bilbrey, president of the company's international division, will be the new president of Hershey North America.
The company said Bilbrey will also continue to hold the title of senior vice president at Hershey.
Hershey also said Ted Jastrzebski is taking over for Bilbrey as president of Hershey International. Jastrzebski currently serves as vice president of international finance and planning.
The company also said Michele Buck, chief marketing officer, has been named global chief marketing officer.
All of the changes are effective immediately.
Hershey shares fell $1.11 to close at $39.16.
