HARTSVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Sonoco Products Co., a global packaging maker, said Tuesday its Matrix packaging unit will open a new rigid plastic container plant in St. Louis.
The new 150,000 square-foot plant will produce bottles for household chemical and personal care products. It is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2008.
