HARBOUR GRACE, N.L. (CP) -- A major footwear manufacturer in Newfoundland and Labrador is expanding operations with the help of an $8-million interest-free loan from the province.

Terra Nova Shoes in Harbour Grace has completed a plant expansion that will add about 50 new positions to the current workforce of 170.
