GeoPharma, Inc. announced Thursday that Belcher Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of GeoPharma, has completed the initial phase of its expansion plans for pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D.
The new 33,000 square foot facility will be used to manufacture and distribute generic drugs. The company specializes in manufacturing and distribution of over-the-counter, nutritional, generic drug and functional food products.
"This is the one of many steps in our strategic expansion plans related to the manufacturing and marketing of generic pharmaceuticals," Mihir Taneja, CEO said.
