The MiniSystem from PRAB (Kalamazoo, MI) reclaims up to 98 percent of cutting fluids associated with machining operations, as well as reduces the volume of overall metal scrap. The system is fully automatic, completely portable, and is contained in a 4’ x 11’ area. According to the company, no special wiring is required. Dry chips are produced at rates up to 1,000 lb/hour.
