Based on VIA’s globally popular Man-IT traceability software, ValiPack software focuses specifically on validating each packaged unit for label compliance, across industries. Mislabeled product is typically a function of misidentification of the product at the point of packaging. ValiPack software identifies each unit prior to labeling and then ensures that the proper labeling is in place both on the unit and the packaging. A case study showed an 84 percent reduction in total rejects by implementing VIA’s label validation at the point of packaging.
