2nd Annual Benchmark Study: Product Portfolio Management

The results of a product portfolio management study conducted in late 2010 indicate that the recent recession is driving organizations to refine their product development process and seek tools that help them drive maximum value from their product pipelines. More than half of the 922 respondents reported feeling the pain of operating with too many projects or products for their resources, and find the greatest risk to be managing priorities as business conditions change.
