Security firm Mandiant says 'China is attacking the U.S.' and that the firm has released the proof. The report details a major espionage campaign that has taken place over six years. Mandiant has determined that the threats have come from the same neighborhood in China and the group carrying out the attacks is part of the Chinese government.
