Google and Verizon have long desired to agree on a network neutraility deal that would dictate how broadband providers treat Internet traffic flowing over their lines. The issue of network neutrality is just part of a number of proposed changes and rules for Internet services that has some tech insiders very upset. What does this all mean for the future of the Internet?
