Is the United States doomed to experience a double-dip recession? One expert, Fortune editor Shawn Tully, believes it's very unlikely. He states that the economy will recover, but that the recovery process is going to be very slow. Furthermore, some economists are worried whether a tremendous buildup of U.S. government debt will result in another financial crisis in this country.
