The concept of net neutrality has sparked a heated debate in the U.S. over the course of the past few weeks. But why should you care? According to one expert, the companies that own the fiber that allows most web users to connect to the Internet want to prioritize traffic. This means they'll be able to take money in exchange for better Internet service results, leaving those who are unwilling (or unable) to pay with service of a lesser quality.
