Microsoft recently released the Kinect for its Xbox 360 video game console. The Kinect is Microsoft's camera-based product offering that reacts to human movement without the use of controllers. The good folks at the MIT Media Lab decided to manipulate the Kinect's abilities and convert into a hands-free browser. It's just another example of how innovation can allow individuals or enterprises to enhance existing products and software offerings for uses other than their original applications.
