What does Congress's recent decision to extend unemployment benefits mean to someone that's actually unemployed? Kimberly Smith of Lyndhurst, Ohio would have lost her benefits earlier this month had Congress not acted to extend them. Though she is thankful to still be receiving them, Smith said feels that middle class folks are "making the rich richer and trying to help the poor survive."
