The FCC recently passed new rules and regulations aimed at prohibiting broadband providers from becoming gatekeepers of Internet traffic. The rules are designed to prevent phone and cable companies from abusing their control over internet connections to give preferential treatment to certain content. Some feel the regulations are needed, others view it as another way the government is trying to control its citizens. What do you think?
