Famous NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace explains how a new technology, called the Liberator, can be used to give engines more torque, improve emissions, and save on (increasingly expensive) gasoline. Wallace says the Liberator can add 1 – 2 miles per gallon in the city and 2 to 4 miles per gallon on the highway.
