When natural disasters strike, power and cell phone communication can be out for weeks on end. This poses an obvious (and major) problem for area businesses. The ability to communicate is critical, but it's more or less impossible in some situations However, AT&T believes it has a solution -- a cell tower that fits in a suitcase.
